Inspired by ancient traditions, our gathering is a place to share stories, embrace our inner strength, and honor the cycles of life in a supportive circle of like-minded women.
Each month, we dive into themes of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment, exploring rituals, discussions, and practices that nurture the soul and ignite our inner fire. The Red Tent is a place to shed the masks of daily life, reconnect with your essence, and leave feeling seen, supported, and renewed.

Please bring food and/or drink to share. Bring enough cushions to make a cozy nest on the floor, or if you struggle with sitting on the floor, we have several chairs available at the studio.
